Roloff Beny Gallery, Level 4
Known for his arresting urban photography, Toronto-based artist Michael Awad turns his lens on the Royal Ontario Museum as part of The Entire City Project. With unprecedented access to research, collections and spaces, Awad offers a surprising new view of both the public face and inner workings of the Museum in this exhibition. Throw open the doors of the ROM and explore every corner, and every space of the Museum in a way never seen before.
The exhibit is presented by the Royal Ontario Museum in celebration of the ROM Centennial and the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival. The Entire City Project: Royal Ontario Museum is a primary exhibition of the festival. CONTACT is supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, Celebrate Ontario, and the Ontario Arts Council.
