This year, the ROM's Textiles Department will be 75 years old. Please join us for a presentation by John Vollmer that will focus on the first 50 years with an emphasis on the three founders: Dorothy Kay MacDonald (Burnham), Katherine Beatrice Maw (Betty Brett) and Harold B. Burnham.

Hear presentations on the creation of ROM ART-i-facts (FTC’s Centennial Textile Project) and 2013-14 curatorial highlights by curators and staff of the Textiles & Costume Section, Department of World Cultures. Annual board reports will also be presented.
Celebrate the ROM's 100th Birthday with a mini-festival of Canadian Story and Song. Presented by Friends of the Canadian Collection.
