- Human Rights Watch - One of the world’s leading independent organizations dedicated to defending and protecting human rights
- PEN Canada - A nonpartisan organization of writers that works with others to defend freedom of expression as a basic human right, at home and abroad
- STAND Canada - Leading organization in Canada for youth led anti-genocide advocacy and activism
- Stop Genocide Now (SGN) - Through active education, advocacy and policy change SGN resolves to change the way the world responds to genocide
- United to End Genocide - Largest activist organization in America dedicated to preventing and ending genocide and mass atrocities worldwide
- War Child Canada - a non-profit organization that helps raise awareness and support of war affected children globally through local and international initiatives
- World Without Genocide - Works to prevent genocide by combating racism and prejudice, advocating for the prosecution of perpetrators, and remember those whose lives and cultures have been destroyed by violence
