Great Canadian Masters cookbook launches

at the ROM on September 26, 2016

Join the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) and the Canadian Museum Association (CMA) for the launch of the new cookbook, Great Canadian Masters, at the ROM on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 6:30 pm. This limited-edition cookbook features recipes inspired by iconic Canadian artworks from the collections of 30 museums. Included are works by Paul Kane from the ROM; as well as Daphne Odjig from The Canadian Museum of History; Emily Carr from The McMichael Canadian Art Gallery; and Cornelius Kraighoff, from The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts among others, alongside recipes created by Michael Smith, Andrea Nicholson, Aaron Joseph Bear Robe, and more.

The launch event takes place at the ROM’s c5 Restaurant Lounge and includes an opportunity to meet the contributors and chefs.  Copies of the book will be for sale ($30.00 CDN).
