With May just a few days away and warmer weather upon us, you can count on an innovative and creative week at the Royal Ontario Museum.

ROM Speaks : The Narrow Edge: A Tiny Bird, An Ancient Crab, And An Epic Journey

Adults will enjoy learning about the biodiversity.  This moderated evening event will include ROM researchers Mark Peck, David Rudkin and Oliver Haddrath as well as author Deborah Cramer.  Book sales & signing will be held available after the event.

Families can enjoy taking photos in the Sam European Galleries preparing for the Pompeii : In The Shadow of the Volcano Exhibit coming June 13th.  The city had remained buried for over 1700 YEARS  and only in 1748 was discovered by archaeologists.  Having myself been just a few years ago to the city in Italy, I can say that this will definitely be an exhibit you won’t want to miss.

The much anticipated FNLROM returns Friday  FutuROMa is the first of the beginning of the series for the Spring and Summer of 2015. On each floor, something different and various food stations.  Sponsors include Now Magazine and Ford Canada.  With a new theme every week, until the end of June it is sure to be an incredible start to the summer.
