The Rastafari movement or Rasta as some call it, is a religious movement that arose in the 1930s in Jamaica.  Members of the Rastafari movement are known as Rastas, or Rastafari. Rastafari is not a highly organized religion; it is more of a movement and an ideology. Many Rastas say that it is not a “religion” at all, but a “Way of Life”.

However, it would be a mistake to assume that what she uncovers relates only to peoples of the distant past. Sometimes, what we learn about them reveals equally as much about us.

Meteorites can come from a variety of locations.  Most often we think of them as pieces of rock ejected off of asteroids during big collisions in space.  However, these collisions also happen on the planets and moons in our solar system.  The Earth has luckily been able to collect a number of meteorites from our moon and from the planet Mars.  This month we take a look at a rock from Mars.
