ROM is a business-casual environment.
ROM’s interview process typically consists of an introductory conversation followed by one to three panel-style interviews, depending on the role. If appropriate to the position, a case study or assignment may be requested. Initial conversations and first-round interviews take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. Second-round interviews and beyond will typically be hosted in person at the Museum.
Your first conversation will be with a member of our HR recruitment team to introduce the role and review how your experience could align with the position and the related team's needs. Following that conversation, you may be invited to subsequent interviews with the hiring manager and/or a senior member of the hiring team. An HR representative will continue to be involved throughout the interview process.

To request a time adjustment, please send an email detailing your originally scheduled interview time and date as well as your upcoming availability. If it is less than 48 hours before your scheduled interview, please include “URGENT” in the subject line.
