About this Lesson
Examine everyday actions, reflect on sustainable practices, and think critically about our effects on climate.
Climate Change is real. You’ve heard the news stories, seen the extreme weather events, and wondered, “Is it too late?”
This lesson examines the causes, consequences, and solutions to the climate catastrophe that humanity faces by using examples from a variety of cultures, landscapes, and materials.
Through a gallery visit using 360 photography, and learning about key objects and belongings in collections at ROM, this lesson encourages students to examine everyday actions, reflect on sustainable practices, and think critically about their effects on climate.
