ROMKids Junior: Tiny Tots

Fall: Wednesday AM

Wednesdays, October 21 - December 9, 2026, 9:30 am - 11:30 am (8 weeks)

Inspire your child’s imagination and sense of discovery as you explore ROM’s collection of art, history, and nature through the eyes of a child. Bring your child on an eight-week sensory adventure as you tour galleries with our early learning educators and join them in creative play-based activities and social interaction in a classroom setting. Meet other parents, caregivers, and children and learn how to engage your child in interactive learning for life.

Theme: Animal Antics

Leaping lizards! The ROM is just full of all kinds of fascinating critters - from scaly snakes to bustling beetles to fuzzy fruit bats. Using artwork, creative play, costumes and real scientific specimens, you'll explore the animal kingdom as you scan the Savannah for bison and antelope, or discover what’s lurking in your own backyard. It's everything you need to know about your favourite wild (and not so wild) animals.

For children ages 2 to 4 years, accompanied by an adult.
