Raptors
Fierce & Feathered Dinosaurs

Before Birds, There Were Raptors. Raptor dinosaurs have long captured our imagination, from their blockbuster fame in the hit film Jurassic Park, to inspiring our hometown basketball franchise, to must-see museum specimens in ROM’s own James & Louise Temerty Gallery of the Age of Dinosaurs. But there’s so much more to these incredible fossil animals than their fame and popularity, they have fundamentally reshaped our scientific understanding of dinosaur biology, behaviour, and evolution. Raptors occupy a unique and important place in the dinosaur family tree as the group most closely related

Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2026

The Wonder Is about to get real... Mark your calendar! This year's Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition arrives Fall 2026. Each year, the annual competition - organized by the Natural History Museum in London, UK - receives tens of thousands of image submissions from aspiring wildlife photographers of all ages. One hundred selected images from this year's competition - unforgettable photographs of wildlife and the natural world - will travel to ROM right after the winners are announced. Following the photographer's eye through the camera's lens, we become witnesses to the vivid detail
