ROM Governors hosts annual fundraising events to support the Museum’s highest priorities, spotlighting art, culture, and nature. This year, these
signature events include the inaugural ROM Immortal Gala and our ROM Classic Golf Tournament.

ROM’s slate of signature events bring together culture, community, and celebration in unforgettable ways—offering guests the chance to connect with world-class exhibitions, thought-provoking conversations, and each other in a setting unlike any other. More than just gatherings, these events are immersive experiences that spark curiosity, create lasting memories, and showcase the very best of what ROM has to offer.

The ROM Immortal Gala: The Art of Fashion debuts on November 4, 2025, as a dazzling evening of style and sophistication, inspired by the Museum’s world-renowned textile and costume collections. This inaugural Gala will also introduce the ROM Immortal Award, recognizing a visionary whose bold creativity has left a lasting impact on their field. 

The ROM Classic Golf Tournament will take place at Cedar Brae Golf Club on September 25, 2025. Offering a one-of-a-kind day on the greens, the tournament blends sport with history through 18 holes of tournament play, Museum-themed contests, incredible prizes, and surprising on-course artifacts—all in support of ROM.

Saturday Club
This Saturday version of our popular Summer Club program provides supervised, hands-on educational activities, art projects, science experiments, and more. ROM's fascinating galleries, authentic objects and outstanding professional staff guarantee that your camp experience will be hard to beat! Every fall, winter and spring children will enjoy eight Saturdays of fun-filled, educational adventures in ROM's inspiring galleries.

Bring your child on an eight-week sensory adventure as you tour galleries with our early learning instructors, and join them in creative play-based activities, and social interaction in a classroom setting. Meet other parents, caregivers, and children and engage your child in interactive learning for life.

Ontario Fish Identification Workshops
These workshops are designed primarily for professionals, technicians, field biologists, and environmental consultants, but other interested individuals - including university and college students - are welcome. Workshops will be offered in April and May 2025, at the University of Guelph Science Complex (unless otherwise noted). A variety of courses are being offered this year: Three-day introductory workshop that will cover the broad array of Ontario fish families and provide an opportunity to develop specialized knowledge of a group of interest Four-day introductory workshop that will cover
