Bio
Thomas Dudgeon (PhD, University of Toronto) investigates how freshwater species respond to major climatic changes using gar fish as a case study, a group of large predatory fish that have survived through several mass extinctions across the last 100 million years. Prior to joining ROM, Thomas completed his PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Toronto, where he studied the evolution of feeding mechanics in duck-billed dinosaurs.
