About

Member Lecture:

Due to their small size and delicate, bird-like skeletons, raptor dinosaurs are very rare in the fossil record. ROM is home to several important specimens that support ongoing research into this iconic, fascinating group of dinosaurs. David Evans, Co-Chief Curator, Natural History & Temerty Chair in Vertebrate Palaeontology, explores the making of ROM’s latest blockbuster exhibition, Raptors: Fierce & Feathered, and tells the story of these special fossils from our collections and how ROM scientists are studying them to uncover the biology and evolution of these iconic dinosaurs.

Registration is required for the Raptors lecture. Your registration includes entrance to the Raptors: Fierce & Feathered exhibition.
