Natural History Fellowship - Ornithology

Project aimed to reconstruct the most complete tree of life for birds and to use this tree as a tool to investigate patterns of rates of lineage and morphological evolution among all extant species. Project involved retrieving available DNA sequences from the GenBank for as many species as possible to create an enormous dataset for phylogenetic analysis to understand  the evolutionary relationship between species.
