Explore the ROM’s collections to examine gender roles in cultures around the world, from a variety of different time periods.  Discuss issues such as religion, marriage, sexuality and legal rights.  In the course of this program, students may visit the following galleries:  Shreyas and Mina Ajmera Gallery of Africa, The Americas, and Asia-Pacific, Eaton Gallery of Rome, Galleries of Africa: Egypt, Samuel European Galleries, Daphne Cockwell Gallery of Canada:  First Peoples, Joey and Toby Tanenbaum Gallery of China, Gallery of Greece and Patricia Harris Gallery of Textiles & Costume.
