Journey through ancient lands with Curator of Latin American Archaeology, Dr. Justin Jennings, and learn about the meaning behind these magnificent marvels and how they were built. We'll talk about obelisks and stelae, their many purposes, and how they are found in cultures all over the world from ancient Maya to Egypt and beyond. Let the architecture and the stories behind these landmarks inspire your own landmark creation! Or, try your hand at preservation with a mummification experiment.
