Tour of the Samuel European Galleries

Free with Museum admission, daily tours are offered to the public by trained volunteer Docents and Guides du ROM. Tours include general Museum tours, and specific gallery tours. Tours of special exhibitions are surcharged.

Conversations are informal gatherings at ROM that invite you to engage with other individuals on topics of interest. Relax with coffee and tea as you discuss specific objects or collections, take a tour followed by refreshments and informal conversation, or practice your language skills in sessions designed for newcomers, immigrants, and English language learners.

ROMWalk Plus are guided walking tours of Toronto and are organized by the Royal Ontario Museum’s Department of Museum Volunteers to provide support for the Museum. The tours started in 1980 as an outreach program for the ROM when it was closed for renovations.

The walking tours encompass the diverse aspects of Toronto's vibrant neighbourhoods including history, architecture, arts of all varieties, education and more. ROMWalks Plus is a ticketed experience. Limited space available so please book early!
