Dead Sea Scrolls at the Royal Ontario Museum, on now until January 2010.

Since their discovery in 1947, the Dead Sea Scrolls have rarely toured in order to preserve the fragile parchment. Now, it’s your final opportunity to see the earliest record of biblical patriarchs and prophets known to Judaism, Christianity and Islam before they leave Toronto. Discover many rarely and never-before-seen Scrolls, as well as extraordinary 2,000-year-old artifacts of the period, in this original ROM exhibition.

Special Extended Hours, evenings from December 26 to January 3, including half price* admission after 4:30 pm.

*Half price admission applies to same-day onsite ticket purchases after 4:30 pm only. A separate admission fee applies to Dead Sea Scrolls: Words that Changed the World.
