Book Online
If you have classes scheduled for different topics, please fill out an application form for each group. To ensure they are processed together, cross reference the applications by adding a note in the comment field.

1. Click Browse & Book from the menu
2. Browse our lessons by grade level or by subject
3. Add up to 2 lessons to your cart
4. Click Checkout (at right) once you make your final selection(s)
5. Please fill out the application form completely and print a copy for your records

Click Submit Order once to send your application.
