Students follow the trade routes that connected Mediaeval Europe to Asia and the Middle East. In this way they discover that not only new products traveled these routes but also religions, technologies, new ideas and even diseases. In the Mediaeval gallery they will find evidence of and discuss how these contacts changed Mediaeval Europe.
