Cultural Anthropology: Introduction to Anthropology, Psychology, and Sociology HSP3M HSB4U

Consider this class as an alternative to our physical anthropology program, or as an ideal complement to it. Explore social group formation and behaviour, including rites of passage and gender roles, as well as the effects of urbanization, industrialization and technology on groups.

Curriculum links include, but are not limited to: understanding of the social forces that influence and shape behaviour; describing some of the social institutions of at least three diverse cultures; understanding of the ways in which social institutions change over time.

If you would like this program to be customized to your needs, please provide a detailed description in the "Additional Information" field during the checkout process.  A ROM staff member will contact you to discuss your request.

Maximum 70 people (including students, teachers, educational assistants and supervisors) at one time.

Availability subject to change.
