Explore the ROM’s collections to discover factors that affect food choices.  Discuss how food choices effect the environment and the use of food in celebrations and rituals around the world.  In the course of this program, students may visit the following galleries:  Shreyas and Mina Ajmera Gallery of Africa, The Americas, and Asia-Pacific, Galleries of Africa: Egypt, Samuel European Galleries, Daphne Cockwell Gallery of Canada:  First Peoples and Life in Crisis: Schad Gallery of Biodiversity.
