Visit arctic, grasslands, and a living coral reef to highlight that sustainability of ecosystems depends on balanced interactions between their components.

Curriculum Links: compare and contrast sustainable and unsustainable aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems; explain how limiting factors affect ecosystem carrying capacity; identify various factors related to human activities that impact ecosystems.

Do not combine with Climate Change: Earth and Space Science (SNC2D/2P).
