Muskets balls, strikers and spittoons – through the examination of these authentic objects and many more, students explore Canada’s colonial past. Objects in the hands-on Lab will reflect aspects of daily life in the 18th and 19th centuries. Students will explore collections pertaining to this time period which are on display in the Sigmund Samuel Gallery of Canada and the Daphne Cockwell Gallery of Canada: First Peoples.
