Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be e-mailed no later than 10 weekdays (Monday to Friday exluding holidays) before visit date to schoolv@rom.on.ca. Failure to confirm your reservation is not considered a cancellation.
Cancellations received after this period will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the 15 student minimum charge per group.
If you are cancelling multiple reservations, please cancel them individually by responding to each reservation e-mail, or send a separate e-mail listing all the reservation numbers.
