School Visits are designed to meet Ontario's Ministry of Education curriculum expectations. The ROM offers three different program formats: conducted lessons, special exhibit lessons, and self-guided visits. Our collection includes six million scientific and cultural artifacts. Our teachers are specialists and passionate about learning.

Weekend and out of province schools or groups should book through Group Sales.
Ontario Schools, educational organizations, recreational camps and adult learners are accepted year round from Monday to Friday, arriving between 10:00-3:00. Conducted classes address specific Ontario curriculum expectations by grade and subject. For convenient service we recommend online registration.
Cancellations must be e-mailed at least 10 business days before scheduled visit to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received after this period will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the 15 student minimum charge per group.

Conducted programs are taught by a qualified ROM teacher. Lessons are 60 to 90 minutes long. They address Ontario curriculum expectations.

The ROM is open for group viewing from 10 AM - 5:20 PM, Monday to Friday, arriving before 3:00 p.m. Groups must book in advance to get the student rate.
