Cancellations & Refunds
Programs and prices are subject to change. Courses are non-credit and not tax deductible. Tickets to lectures and special events are final sale and are non transferrable and non refundable. Cancellation for enrollment in a series course must be received in writing five business days before the program start date. A non-refundable fee of 20% will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The ROM reserves the right to cancel programs and a full refund will be forthcoming. You will automatically be notified if the program you have registered for has been cancelled or rescheduled, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number.
All prices include HST where applicable.
