Join us on a trip through Hamilton’s Christmas’ past. We will experience an 1830’s Christmas at Battlefield House Museum and Park. Enjoy cider and cookies and take pleasure in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Gage family home. After lunch, the tour advances to the 1850’s with a visit to Dundurn Castle to discover how the MacNab family and their servants might have celebrated the season. The day concludes with a visit to Whitehern Historic House and Garden, a Victorian house restored to the 1930’s. You will experience many aspects of Christmas as our parents or grandparents once did.
