Food has been used to celebrate life for many centuries. Exotic spices have a long history of heightening the gastronomic experience. Explore the culinary evolution of the Middle East and Africa, learning about the political, social and economic influences that have influenced today’s dining traditions. First session at the ROM. Second session at The Sultan’s Tent, 49 Front St. E. Third session at Jerusalem restaurant, 955 Eglinton Ave. W. Participants must provide their own transportation. Cost does not include alcoholic beverages. Pre-registration required. Please register by November 15. | |
