She received training as an arts and crafts teacher in her native Norway, later receiving textile engineering and arts history degrees in Sweden. Now part of the ROM's permanent collection, this important work depicts a multitude of events in Canadian history in the twin's unique 'Past-Modern' style reinterpreting the traditional Indian miniatures within a contemporary context.
