Lance Head
Made of ivory and metal

After a whale or walrus has been harpooned,
a lance is used to give the final death strike. Sealskin rope passes through the hole in the lance head; the rope is used to lash the tapered end of the head into a bone or ivory socket on
the wooden lance shaft.
