The Walrus
Walrus with Seal Skin Float and Drag, HC4117 Walrus meat, skin, and internal organs are important Inuit foods and preferred as food for dogs. Tusks and bones are valued for making tools, while the thick, tough skin is prized for dog traces (the lines from harness to sled), and in former times, for boat covers.
