Birds - The King Eider
Duck Sculpture, L956.41.47F Waterfowl, such as the king eider and oldsquaw ducks, and sea birds, such as black quillemots and dovekies, are hunted by the Inuit for food. On the Belcher Islands, eider duck skins have been valued for parkas.
