Description
Students explore the factors that affect food choices and investigate the relationship between lifestyle and nutrition. Throughout this lesson, students will learn about various food rituals, how geography, trade, warfare, and the environment affect food production and nutrition, and how food has played a role in social organization.
Do not combine with the Family exhibit lesson.
