The Kingston Prize: Canada's National Portrait Competition

The exhibition of the thirty finalists in The Kingston Prize 2011, Canada's Portrait Competition, will show contemporary paintings and drawings of Canadians made by Canadian artists. The winner of the Kingston Prize, presented by the W. Garfield Weston Foundation, will be announced at the beginning of the exhibition. The competition is organized by the Kingston Arts Council, and the exhibition presented in cooperation with the Institute for Contemporary Culture at the ROM.
