Come join us between 11am and 4pm on Sunday July 3rd in the Earth Rangers Studio in the Life in Crisis: Schad Gallery of Biodiversity for fun activities and crafts while learning about Planet Madagascar!

Planet Madagascar is a community conservation, education and development non-profit organization that aims to conserve Madagascar's biodiversity while improving the lives of the people who live there.

They work closely with community members to to improve standards of living, while at the same time trying to find ways to limit deforestation and protect wildlife, including lemurs. Lemurs are only found in Madagascar, and of the nearly 100 species known, 90% of them are considered speces-at-risk by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
