The ROM is pleased to announce that Druxy's Famous Deli is the new operator of the ROM's cafeteria restaurant. Opening June 21, 2013, Druxy's ROM Café will provide a wide range of fresh, healthy, affordable choices for the whole family. 

In addition to the sandwiches and salads that Druxy’s has become famous for, the menu at Druxy's ROM Café will be customized to complement the ROM’s changing programs in world culture and nature, featuring a variety of affordable menu items in keeping with Toronto’s diverse cultural landscape, and responding to a wide range of food preferences and dietary requirements. Druxy's ROM Café will feature global cuisine and provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and lactose free options. 

Druxy's ROM Café prices will be up to 30 % lower than current Food Studio prices Druxy's ROM Café will continue to honour the existing 10% ROM Members discount.

The last day of operation for Food Studio Café will be May 31, 2013. Druxy’s will then begin a minor renovation of the cafeteria, providing a temporary satellite food service café from June 1 to June 20 in the Queen’s Park Rotunda, officially reopening the cafeteria on June 21, 2013 as Druxy's ROM Café. 

The ROM’s fine dining restaurant, c5, remains temporarily closed, with the objective to re-open in the new year under a new service provider.  c5 remains available for catered events.

Food Studio at the ROM is a casual family restaurant dedicated to providing healthy menu options in an earth-friendly environment. Freshly-made favourites like salads, pizza and pasta will suit every taste, but more adventurous diners will appreciate the Food Studio action stations, with exotic ethnic cuisine inspired by the ROM’s exhibitions.
