I used to work as a volunteer in the ROM's Hands On Biodiversity Gallery in the early 2000s. I always loved coming to the Gallery and seeing the honey bees busily working away in their hive.

William Thorsell credits the people and the climate that made the project possible for the ROM and for Toronto.
William Thorsell is appointed President and CEO. Soon follows the announcement of the most ambitious renovation yet. The Master Plan costing $200 million is called Renaissance ROM.
My name is Nathan Bennet. I am a 18 year old first year Math student at Ryerson University and I have worked at the Royal Ontario Museum for about 3 years.
For many years, the ROM was our second home. We seemed to be there almost every weekend. As each of our children were born, they were just put in the stroller and off we went.
