- 1982 - 2000
I am still quite young (turning 32 this year), but I estimate that I have been going to the ROM for at least a quarter of the museum's existence, beginning with trips I made as a child in the late 1980s/early 1990s. I remember visiting areas, such as the bat cave, when they were still relatively new parts of the museum. I also remember going to the planetarium when it was still open and it's a shame that it isn't still around for current generations.
As a teenager, I went to the ROM frequently with my parents' family membership. I got my own membership around the time of the ROM Renaissance and I continue to be a regular visitor to this day.
