Zuul, Destroyer of Shins

Exclusive Event For Royal Patrons Circle Members

Named after the terror-dog monster from the movie Ghostbusters, Zuul crurivastator will be exhibited at the ROM in 2018. ROM scientists introduced this new species of armoured dinosaur to the world earlier this year. You and a guest can be among the first to learn about the latest research on Zuul at an exclusive Royal Patrons Circle (RPC) lecture by Dr. David Evans, James and Louise Temerty Chair, Vertebrate Palaeontology.

Dr. Evans will share insights on this remarkable new dinosaur acquisition, made possible by the Louise Hawley Stone Charitable Trust. With its shin-splitting tail club, Zuul has captivated dinosaur enthusiasts across the globe.

Patrons at the Fellow level and above are also invited to an intimate viewing of Zuul with Dr. Evans before the lecture. Join us at 6:15 pm to view Zuul’s head and clubtail.
