The Mediaeval period is the age of the stirrup, when horse-borne warriors from the knights of Europe to the Mongol hordes of Asia defined themselves and their societies by fighting from horseback.
FMSS explores activities of these warriors, and the arts, music, and culture of the society that was built around them.
