Description
This topic is an ideal complement to the study of Shakespeare. We will explore what life was like for Shakespeare and his contemporaries as well as reflect on several critical issues for understanding his plays such as the role of religion and gender in Shakespearean England. In this program, we will supplement your visit to the ROM’s European Gallery with a hands-on lab. Bring Shakespeare to life for your students by giving them the opportunity to handle real Renaissance artefacts!
