Description
Students examine and identify the characteristic styles of artwork from Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. They discuss how the Elements and Principles of Design serve to enhance the form and function of the art.
Curriculum Links: identify the functions of various types of art works in past and present societies; identify ways in which various art works reflect the society in which they were created; identify, on the basis of examination, elements and principles of design used in various art works, and describe their effects.
Note: Please do not combine with Ancient to Mediaeval Art due to similar content.
Maximum 105 people (including students, teachers, educational assistants and supervisors) at one time.
