Description
Experiential education is a powerful tool in the right hands. This hands-on workshop, specifically designed for Teachers and Teacher Candidates, will introduce teachers to the Guided Discovery pedagogy, discuss the costs and benefits of experiential education in a classroom setting, and allow teachers to try out experiential education using the galleries and resources available at the ROM. The workshop focuses on Primary/Junior classrooms, though the theories discussed also have Intermediate/Senior applications.
Minimum 15 people (including students, teachers, educational assistants and supervisors), Maximum 30 people (including students, teachers, educational assistants and supervisors) at one time
