Description
Tour our bat cave and explore contemporary ecosystems with species from around the world. With the help of touchable specimens, students will discover how plants and animals are interdependent on each other and are all adapted to their particular habitats. We will also focus on human-induced changes to this natural and delicate balance.
Curriculum links: analyze the effects of human activities on habitats and communities; investigate the interdependence of plants and animals within specific habitats and communities; demonstrate an understanding of habitats and communities and the relationships among the plants and animals that live in them
