Description
Engage Anthropology in depth and hands-on with this extremely popular program. Using real and replica Hominid skulls, students study human evolution. Consider when, how and why early primates developed human characteristics. Use the fossil record to learn what it reveals about work, diet and family structure.
Curriculum links include, but are not limited to: understanding of the major questions related to “self and others” that are posed by anthropologists; defining the concepts that are central to anthropology; identifying and assessing the major influences that contribute to an individual’s personal and social development
Maximum 35 people (including students, teachers, educational assistants and supervisors) at one time.
Do not combine with Evidence of Early Humans due to similar content.
