Dr. Hindy Najman (Director of the Centre for Jewish Studies and Associate Professor of Ancient Judaism in the Department and Centre for the Study Religion at the University of Toronto) sheds light on the claim that revelation did not cease in the Second Temple period, but was understood to persist even outside of the space of Jerusalem and temple practice and especially at Qumran.
