Museum Monday with Melissa

Friday Night Live, more commonly known as #FNLROM  sign up has BEGUN ! For all of the young professionals looking to rub shoulders with the cultured people of the city, there really is no better place to be on a Friday night. Food stations, drinks, music & various other activities take place throughout the entire Museum all night.  The scheduled events of activities begin May 1st. Missed the date? Not to worry - you can still grab tickets at the door, but from what I’ve seen, there is always quite the line, so be sure to get there early.

With the Raptors basketball team in playoff season, it is a great opportunity to step into the Jurassic era at the Museum.

Being able to know the history of the animal that our city’s basketball mascot represents is something that families will truly treasure. Raptors, though not the largest of dinosaurs, were definitely some of the most dangerous. Nowadays they make a fun mascot for families to cheer for their Toronto basketball players.

Seniors will enjoy the Douglas Coupland exhibit.  While I have mentioned it before, please note this is the last week to enjoy it.  Challenging technology and with such bright and contrasting colours, it is something you won’t want to miss.  And if you possibly have already seen it, it’ll be fun to bring someone with you and see what if they find something which you may not have noticed.

May your week be full of fun & adventure,

Melissa Doyle
