"My dino is called the florasaurus because he eats flowers. He has a long tongue and flowers on his skin so the plants can't see him coming."

- Kathryn, Toronto

"This is the first ever photo of the cohenosaurus. It is going to be discovered when I go to dig for dinosaurs this summer with my mom, brother and sister. I can't wait to find him!"

- Cohen, Guelph

"Red Rex is special because he is one of my favourite colours. He's all over red. There's too much red, but it feels good. The dinosaur in autumn can hide in one of the red trees. Red Rex likes to cool off his feet in the water. His favourite food is meat and vegetables. Red Rex thinks about how he could change his features"

- Jack, Etobicoke

"My dinosaur is the Pennatvenator, meaning "Feathered Hunter, can be distinguished by its unusual crops of feathers on its head and the row of spikes on its back. Though the spikes are quite daunting they were used more for show. When threatened, the Pennatvenator flares its mane of feathers and flourishes its back spikes to create the illusion of having a larger size. They are roughly the size of an adult Allosaurus when fully grown. Evidence also provides that as it aged, it developed the horn like structures instead of having them from birth. They were quite speedy and agile but did not have the same amount of crushing jaw power that the Tyrannosaurus had due to its slender jaw that suggested it hunted smaller and medium sized prey."

- Owen, Collingwood

"This dinosaur is ultimate because it has extra long arms for catching prey: it is the "Longarmasaurus".

- Ryan, Toronto

"This dinosaur is the ultimate dinosaur. It can swim, fly and walk on land. It can also change colour. These things help it catch its prey."

- Graham, Toronto
