Drop Off

Drop off the registration form at the ROM’s Admissions Desk.

By Fax

Registrations paid for by credit card can be faxed to 416.586.5562.  Your fax transmission report is proof of our receipt.

Note: One form per child. Registrations are not accepted by phone. 

Important:  Registrations paid by cheque should be made payable to the Royal Ontario Museum. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.  Please ensure you have calculated the correct payment on your cheque otherwise your registration will not be processed and it will be returned to you by mail.

Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the space capacity.

To pair your child with a friend, please submit both children’s registration forms together and indicate the other child’s name on the line provided.

Note: To enroll in an age group, children must be the appropriate age within the calendar year.

Registrations will not be processed if they are incomplete.

Transfers

A fee of $20 will automatically be charged to children transferring from one course to another, in addition to any adjustments if transferring between differently priced sessions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing no less than two weeks prior to the course date for a refund of 80%. After this time, any such request will be processed only if accompanied by a medical certificate and received prior to the end of the first week of the camp period.

In the case of insufficient registrations for any course, we reserve the right to cancel the program, and a full refund will be forthcoming with the option to transfer to another available course.

Accessibility

Summer Club works with Reach for the Rainbow to help integrate children with Special Needs who need additional support into our program. If you have a child with Special Needs who would like to attend Summer Club, please contact Reach for the Rainbow for further assistance. All children needing 1 to 1 support must be registered through Reach for the Rainbow. For more information, please visit www.reachfortherainbow.ca.

Confirmation

Confirmations will be sent by mail/e-mail only. Unsuccessful applicants will be contacted by telephone immediately upon receipt of registration.

Child size shirts $12; Adult size shirts $14 (tax included).  We can’t exchange sizes so please check your child’s size before ordering.
